This testimony is posted for anybody who might be in the market for a sword, or any other blade. Most people who purchase blades are aware of the fact that cold Steel blades are top of the line. If you don't know this…I and tens of thousands of Cold Steel blade owners can attest to this!! In fact, I and any Cold Steel product owner will surely tell you that there is no other blade to purchase!
Here is something else that everybody should be aware of…and this is every bit as important as the integrity of Cold Steel blades. I am talking about the integrity of the company!! I purchased two Cold Steel swords from an online distributor. The blades were too long for us and I asked the retailer if I could return them. The retailer would not take them back and I was stuck with two swords that I had no use for.
Customer Service at Cold Steel in Ventura, California, although technically, they did not have to, exchanged the swords for two others that were the correct length. They took great care of us (my son and I) and they are my ONLY recommendation to anybody who might be in the market for a blade!! You CANNOT go wrong with Cold Steel!!!
